• Leading and managing projects for Facilities Management services including and not limited to cleaning, pest control wand waste within the Property Group of M&S• Created and implemented standard operating procedures for all disciplines within Facilities Management • Provided management information for upstream decision making • Supported the Head of Facilities Management • Managed a team of 2 that were responsible for delivering projects within specific areas in the business

• Creation of company (UKTK Co. Ltd & Inspiratum Ltd) and registration with Companies House• Purchase of domain name, set up of company email and initial website• Comprehensive researching of business opportunities in Turkey• Networking with various companies (both in UK and Turkey) and UKTI (UK Trade and Investment)• Sourcing and setting up office space (locating office furniture, setting up IT and phone line etc)
