Oversee and lead all strategic and operational responsibility for the Ohio FFA Foundation’s staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission, ensure ongoing programmatic excellence and rigorous program evaluation. Specific measures include: • Develop, manage and execute the organization’s $650,000 annual operating budget and oversee the management of the organization’s $1.6 million in endowed funds • Lead revenue generating and fundraising activities to secure programmatic support and sponsorship for current and new programs • Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors, seek and build board involvement with strategic direction for both ongoing and new programs• Lead, coach, develop, and retain Ohio FFA Foundation’s high-performance team• Use external presence and relationships to garner new partnerships

Plan and implement programs and events for students in the Ohio FFA on behalf of the Ohio FFA Foundation. Partner with sponsors to implement exceptional programming.

Planned events for the Office of Student Life and university leaders, managed the intern team and delegated project details to co-workers, coordinated travel details for students and university leaders. Specific events planned: • University State Tour: Served as the student lead for the six-day tour of Ohio with a bus of 20 students, visiting 44 counties and hosting 20 events for university leaders, community members and donors.• But For Ohio State Campaign Events: Attended fundraising events in Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland and Washington D.C. Served as a keynote speaker at the events in Los Angeles, New York City and Naples. Shared my story with alumni in attendance and discussed the impact Ohio State makes.• Columbus Welcome Event: Served on the committee that coordinated the program to welcome 7,000 incoming freshman to the city of Columbus.• Student Life Discover Orange Bowl Tour: Organized and chaperoned tour to Miami, Florida for 150 people. Included a service project for 100 university leaders, staff and donors.• Fireside Chat: Planned intimate discussion on leadership with Interim President Alutto and 20 senior students.• Craft Roomies Taco Night: Planned the celebration of friendship with Aaron Craft, his roommates and 1,000 students.• Anne and Woody Hayes Celebration Week: Served as co-chair for a committee of 20 staff members to plan the week-long celebration of Anne and Woody Hayes including 40 events.

Wrote three feature articles for the newspaper and website, uploaded content to webpage daily and managed Ohio’s Country Journal’s publication of Ohio FFA related articles.

Developed curriculum for the three-day leadership camp, managed the staff of presenters, facilitated two camp sessions, and served as the link between advisors, students, and permanent camp staff.
