Undertaking strategic rural and urban fringe estate management services. Working closely with Clients to achieve their objectives.

Assisting with the management of a number of traditional private Estates in the North East. Dealing with all property management and landlord and tenant issues as well as the management and implementation of agri-environment schemes and grants. Alongside this I was also involved with valuations, compensation claims, estate lettings, access issues, management of the natural environment and land use and diversification projects. The majority of my time was spent in relation to the day to day management of individual Estates. However the nature of this work meant I undertook a large amount of general professional work alongside this.

Assisting in and undertaking a variety of rural general professional work, residential property management, farm and estate agency, compensation claims and valuation work. I was also involved with the research side of the business and provided publications for the company website as well as a number of briefing notes on industry updates for the professional staff within the company.

Preparing marketing particulars and undertaking general office duties. Arranging and accompanying applicants on viewings of properties as well as undertaking open viewings on various auction properties. I advised applicants and vendors on offers regarding the subject property and negotiated sales.
