During my time in this role I managed claims with a value of £10,000 - £50,000.Whilst in the role I made sure the claim was progressing forward by liasing with third party supplies and customer.

Currently employed at Tokio Marine HCC as a Claims Assistant. I worked on various different London Market accounts within the company, such as;- Marine Cargo - Japanese Business - Canadian Business - Property D&F (USA)-Delegated Property (UK)Within the above areas I have assisted in making claim payments in a variety of different currencies, chasing updates from Lawyers and Adjusters. Delegated Property (UK) is the main book of business I work with. My responsibilities are:-To checked and process bordereau payments.-Manage over 50 loss fund accounts to ensure they have enough funds to pay claims-Communicated with our TPA & Loss Adjusters - Set up claim files & complaints - Handle complaints - Run and issue reports to senior management - Train new members of staff

I joined the Tesco team in September 2019. As part of the role I was require to make sure that the shelves were stocked and full; keep the store clean and tidy; serve customer and do ID checks when required; keep up to date with back stock and final reduce products that are going out to date.

During my studies I worked part time in the application call centres. This role was to call potential students who were interested in joining the university and explaining about coursers and general student life.
