I am currently working as a Senior Consultant at HMA. I specialize in providing technical assistance and subject matter expertise through strategic guidance, meeting facilitation, reporting writing, research and a range of other supports to state and county governments on projects relating to behavioral health, public health, law enforcement, correctional settings, and addiction. I worked as the program manager for the Community Outreach, Advocacy and Recovery (COAR) program. COAR is a multidisciplinary outreach team led by local law enforcement to provide outreach and response to the opioid epidemic.
