As a Life Skills Instructor I teach our high school and middle school students about financial literacy, college and career prep, health and wellness, sustainable gardening, and social emotional learning. I work in a private school that specializes in special education for behavioral youth.

I potted and grew over 20,000 plants alongside two other growers. We maintained and sold all perennials to our retail stores and landscapers.

Assist in planting, growing and maintaining $30,000 perennials.

At this long standing restaurant I took on a variety of roles. At 16 I was the lead hostess, training new staff and managing and balancing all registers as well as opening and closing the restaurant. At 18 I began serving and became the assistant bar manager where I continued to train new staff, open and close the restaurant, come up with new drinks and planned our Holiday Events. I was in charge of the guest list, food, and decorating the restaurant for each festivity. As I continued to work here I became the Event Coordinator for on and off site catering. I represented Samba and all its sister restaurants. I built the catering menu as well as created new drinks for each season. When the bar manager was away I was in charge of interviewing new hires and ordering restock for our liquor cellar. I maintained a professional work environment.
