Jess has extensive Banking and Financial Services experience having worked in innovation, digital transformation, wealth management and retail banking for 20 years. For much of this time Jess has supported Directors at executive level running teams of up to 500 people across the UK and Europe, in complex and continually changing environments. In her most recent role within Lloyds Banking Group’s innovation and strategy team she has designed and implemented initiatives to improve culture and engagement, driven change and new ways of working and developed strategies to build capabilities and attract talent. Jess also holds a BA (Hons) in Criminology from The Nottingham Trent University.
