I think like a customer and I know my community. I have worn hats in several career fields which have aided me in becoming a resourceful and self-motivated individual with various skills. My first goal in serving my community is always to make sure that the customer leaves with the information, service or direction to what they came through the door for. When I begin a new job, I seek to learn everything. What can we do? How can we do it better? The devil is often in the details, so I make sure to be precise and detail-oriented. I strive to build my reputation at work by keeping open lines of communication with teammates and those in different roles to gain knowledge and figure out how our specialties connect. When I feel that I have a firm grasp on the job, I scale up my efforts to serve the company's customers by, creating training documents for new team members and tailoring my method of service to each customer. I seek to continuously learn from those around me and give credit and elevate those who have provided me a fresh perspective.
