As a Career and Placement Officer, I helped with the number of industry partners of the school from 1 active partner to 35 in my first five months. I manage 100 student interns every term along with 60 students for the general education classes I teach. I effectively handle the internship program and the partnership communications with the internship supervisors by streamlining and updating all related policies in my first year. I pioneered the creation of process flows for the effective presentation and facilitation of the internship program and its processes. On top of that, I also create and conduct career events and programs for all college students including but not limited to career consultations, career preparation initiatives, and consultations with industry partners for the improvement of the program curricula and syllabi.As an HR Professional in various industries and companies, I have worked in different HR positions from recruitment, benefits and incentives (government and company), engagement, and compliance associate positions. I have experience in writing work instructions and ISO policy writing and workflows in the companies I've worked with. I organize company-wide and department-specific engagements and monthly gatherings to maintain and increase employee engagement.As a Level Counselor, I handled grades three to senior high school students. I am experienced in writing case reports and case referrals to government-related agencies and doctor-specific recommendations as needed. I created lesson plans for guidance education/values education subjects of the year levels I handled. I manage eight (8) to ten (10) classes per week on top of the cases I handle on a day-to-day basis. Annual routine interview per grade level handled is also one of the requirements for this position.As a Psychometrician, I administer and interpret tests for professional teacher vacancies, office staff positions, and student-specific exams or profile tests.
