• Communication with internal and external customers both on site and globally such as internal departments and external regulatory affairs from countries such as India, Canada and many other contacts across Europe.• Keen eye for detail through design, proof-reading and publication of packaging artwork; cartons, patient information leaflets and vial labels.• Abiding to cGMP throughout daily activities such as filling out forms and site activity.• Assisting with internal departmental projects such as, research, design and creation of a SharePoint site for departmental use.• Daily use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as well as using SAP for admin and PALM for tacking the lifecycle of new packaging artwork requests and orders.

As part of a placement module in my second year of studying, I spent 5 weeks in the marketing department of Hillyer McKeown. During this time, I worked along side the Marketing Manager and other departments such as Finance, HR and HM Growth. Responsibilities included:• Composition of social media content for platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.• Disaster recovery concerning online public relations.• Regularly blogging for the company website on topics of interest to clients.• Using systems such as Hootsuite, Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.• Suggesting marketing ideas and strategies to business clients of HM Growth.• Help set up and attend corporate events.
