Handling complaints and messages while providing excellent customer service. • Creating and looking into customers' bills, creating good working relationships with new and ongoing customers. • Liaising with different networks and learning new processes in place for a much smoother journey for new and existing customers. • Working alongside other team members looking into tariffs,upgrades,orders, technical queries, new connections and ports.
