- Led development and execution of the Editorial Services Strategic Plan, which resulted in an optimized global vendor pool and managed an annual decline in operating costs (despite rising submissions), without sacrificing productivity or quality- Launched editorial support teams in Serbia, China, and India- Recruited for and launched ACS Publications’ inaugural Publishing Integrity Office, charged with overseeing publishing ethics (including case management), data validation, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Respect (DEIR) initiatives - Oversaw manuscript submission, review, and pre-production workflows, including business process and policy development, systems configuration, documentation, training, and market research functions - Implemented improved workflows and technologies aimed at increasing both efficiency and quality of published output within budget constraints - Collaborated with marketing and editorial teams to develop new product strategies and promote existing products, contributing to successfully meeting division revenue and membership engagement targets

Designed and executed editorial acquisitions campaigns for a suite of peer reviewed books in chemistry and related fields. Managed submission and peer review for all book content, coordinated with vendors on production and content delivery. Migrated the books program from locally-hosted submission and peer review software to a modern, web-based solution. Oversaw training, system administration, and customer support.
