Contribute on a high-performing team of IT communications professionals responsible for providing dedicated communications support for and on behalf of Stanford University IT (UIT). In this role, I develop strategic and impactful communications around IT services and practices.

Leading the development of the Justice U initiative (LearnWithJusticeU.com). Justice U is a modern learning platform delivering knowledge from experts in the anti-trafficking movement to the audiences who need it.

Supported special projects and initiatives by UITS Digital Education Programs & Initiatives, to increase and improve technology use at Indiana University.

Oversaw project management of all ongoing efforts across the department. Developed partnerships across the IU community and with vendors/contractors. Managed teams across two campuses. Led the department through a significant realignment with the updated goals and needs of the larger division.

Helped set the strategic direction for the department and align day-to-day work of the team with the department's goals. Provided guidance and leadership on implementing new, modern learning initiatives.

Led efforts in the development and delivery of technology training in live virtual and online self-paced formats. Improved internal processes and systems to support the department.

Worked on cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver custom training across a range of learning needs and industries, including healthcare, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Focused on creating solutions that drive learner motivation and maximize engagement.

Joined a start-up department of the organization to develop and oversee the launch of a new e-commerce website, integrating into existing database systems and operations processes. Oversaw quality and accuracy in content and design of marketing efforts. Developed and strengthened relationships with business partners.
