With over 15 years of customer service experience, 14 years in non profit organization conducting community based work, 4 years in city initiative work, 7 years program management experience and over 10 years of teaching experience. I lead teams of people in recruiting and driving sales into programs. I implement outreach programs and build systems and processes. I’ve taken all of my experience and talent to build two of my very own companies . My educational background in Education and currently pursuing a graduate degree in Divinity with a concentration on Theology has allowed me to teach staff new tactics, procedures, train and implement policies and create systems that will help educate the masses . My management skills have allowed me to empathize with staff as well as directly lead and delegate tasks for success. My diverse experience includes : working with client centered goals, leading teams, coaching others on healing and self-accountability and creating a personal development course focused on the steps to Healing and Self-Accountability. Additionally, my passion and dedication to my work created IAMJESS, LLC and nonprofit 501c3 HERMILLION,Inc. IAMJESS focuses on healing and self-accountability while growing in Christ . HERMILLION focuses on inspiring women to transform through educating on domestic violence , healthy relationships and self-love. My desire is to continue to work in environments of training, developing and coaching individuals.
