The Village of Windsor has a population of over 5,000 people with 6 voting ward and 2 voting facilities. During my time as a Chief Election Inspector I have worked in both facilities and have overseen primary and general elections. • Manage assigned voting site and election inspectors.• Ensure all state and federal operating procedures are followed.• Complete and certify all related documents, reconciling voter numbers when necessary.• Resolve voter complaints and concerns. • Serve as a representative on behalf of the Village at recounts.

Experienced collaborating with employees in all aspects of the court, as well as interface agencies. I specialize in correspondences with and training of judges, justices and court reporters. • Plan and lead software and hardware implementations, which involves completion of comprehensive checklists, training materials, quick reference and training the trainer.• Provide high quality training of various business partners (online and in person, one-on-one and in classroom/conference setting). • Develop end-to-end tests and complete thorough quality assurance testing. • Develop of training documentation, quick reference materials and video tutorials.• Serve as subject matter expert on over half of the business related software applications• Serve as a liaison to convey needs of business partners to IT.• Provide customer-driven solutions by identifying creative problem solving opportunities using agile methodologies to improve software for enhancement of customer experience and efficiencies.• Establish and maintain professional and effective relationships with senior staff, co-workers, stakeholders, court staff, high profile business partners and the general public.

The Crime Information Bureau’s Time and Technical unit is the law enforcement message switch and network that provides criminal justice employees with critical information pertinent to their profession. It connects over 10,700 criminal justice computers in Wisconsin to over 400,000 criminal justice computers across the nation and Canada. I served as one of three training officers supporting this massive network and trained members of sheriff’s departments, police departments, prisons and related criminal justice agencies.• Worked with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to audit law enforcement and criminal justice agencies for compliance of state and federal policy in relation to confidential information obtained through interfaces. • Designed and delivered numerous online and in-person courses spanning one-hour to four-days of training. • Evaluated users’ comprehension of training materials, recertifying them on a biannual basis. • Provided customer support to law enforcement and criminal justice agencies of all levels throughout the State of Wisconsin.
