My role as an Academic Advisor changes on a day-to-day basis. To create and maintain professional, consistent, efficient, and informative communication with each student and within other departments. Weekly outreaches to all students about catalog policies, introducing myself to new students, instructor requests, program requirements, directing to other departments, providing educational and financial advice, senior meetings, and all other necessary outreaches. Bi-weekly meetings with Department Chairs to help improve general program requirements, discuss any professional developments and opportunities for students, collaborate and collectively problem-solve, program-specific events to share with students, proactively prevent any scheduling errors, and address any student concerns. Display excellent customer service skills while understanding the 5 specific programs I work with in addition to knowing all program fundamentals within the college. Advising preventive SAP measures with Academic Success Plans, GPA requirements, potential Financial Implications, and any strategies necessary for the student's success.

I Adapted to a new career and a general understanding of the legal process. Assisting Attorney Germanier in Real Estate transactions, Probate, and Estate Cases. I prepared closing documents, e-filed documents, recorded deeds, scheduled hearings, filed case information, answered phones, and maintained client communication and files.

Working as a Sales Manager created many opportunities to expand my horizon for Marketing and Adaptability. After a potential client would contact me about viewing the venue and pricing I would then proceed by touring the couple around the hotel, view packages, and pricing, answering all questions and promoting the hotel as each couple's number one choice. Once I developed an understanding of the general public touring the Hotel I was able to create certain Sales Techniques that helped me complete the sale and have a signed contract. I was working with the front desk for my client's hotel rooms, operating system, and customer service. I worked in marketing the hotel by creating an analysis of all the competitor's packages, pricing, and sales techniques as well. I was working for customer service to my clients, potential new clients, and hotel guests and being a part of the day-of operations team.

Having the role of Sales and Venue Coordinator not only enhanced my ability to coordinate, and maintain relations with clients and vendors during the entire process with multiple events at once but also helped me obtain all knowledge of Sales. This includes knowing all packages, additional items, and general venue questions. I acquired the ability to negotiate, compromise, compose contracts, create a relationship with the client, and overall sell the venue along with selling myself to the client. I comprehended and operated all necessary F&B systems and exceeded the requirements of 1 booking per week.

During my internship at Prairie Landing, I obtained knowledge of Events Sales along with Operations. I worked and learned all the jobs from the food and beverage department along with the banquet and events sides. During my time there my main objective was to coordinate a Bridal Expo for Prairie Landing. This entailed; acquiring vendors for each booth, contacting guests, selling tickets for the expo, and adding new techniques to increase banquet sales.

Hired under the Food & Beverage Director to work, communicate, and collaborate with all food stands and beverage stations throughout the park. Planned and prepared events every week in addition to helping the amusement park chef. Trained new employees on all necessary knowledge and Appointed staff to food stands introducing them to managers and positions. Developed, fixed, tested, and trained all food stands on the new system and problem-solved the issues with the new system.

I would during summer and winter break attend to the needs of customer from water, food or even turning down the music. Helping take, place and serve orders from 1 person to 70 people in one group.

I first started out as an employee (phone girl) but quickly grew into the management position I had acquired today. Where I would help train new employee, help customer service and provide extra service to those department within the company when needed.

I worked in a retirement home in the dinner hall as a server. The meals would already be planned so I would supply the list, take their order based on the list then give the specific order to the chefs. Bring drinks and appetizers, then bring the food back. All under special allegories and food accommodations for the assisted living.
