I write blogs on various topics in education that are focused on helping teachers develop professionally.

I work on various projects on this website including writing blogs, lesson plans, and writing prompts. The majority of my work in the planning/prompt part is focused on grades 3-8 in Math and Science. The blogs are focused on all different topics in education.

I teach fifth grade Math and Science! It's a challenging job which forces you to make many management decisions dealing with behavior and time on a daily basis which is an important aspect of the job. Always being prepared for what the day can bring is necessary as well! Content knowledge and lesson preparation is key!
