I am seeking collaborative and independent musical opportunities that allow me to utilize my versatile experience as a performer. I am specifically interested in exploring opportunities to present classical music in non-traditional formats for the purpose of showcasing the timeless beauty of this music to modern audiences. As a new resident of the Bay area, I'm interested in connecting with local musicians and supporters of the arts. My piano performance background also includes musical theater work, various accompaniment work (to include last-minute sub sessions), and playing jazz piano in big bands and small combos. I also served as a pianist in the US Marine Corps as a member of the Third Marine Aircraft Wing Band in Miramar, CA. As a member of this band, I also performed on piccolo for over 300 ceremonies, parades, and public concerts. I was selected as the Marine Corps Musician of the Year in 2006 in recognition of my performance skills and professionalism.
