I love meeting ambitious, driven professionals who are passionate about their self-development. Since I set up my coaching business in 2015, I have been privileged to coach in lots of interesting environments, such as education, NHS, CJS and private sector, to support and develop many brilliant individuals. My coaching approach has been described as supportive and compassionate, with a strong element of positivity. I work with clients on the belief that they have all the answers within them and find myself consistently in awe of the transformation of people through the power of the coaching space. I have always been fascinated with human behaviour, therefore, to work with clients in helping them understand their own behaviour is a pure joy. Coaching and Training Services: ~ 1-1 coaching sessions to help clients increase confidence in their role, understand their emotions, manage stress in high pressured situations, develop effective communication skills to lead tricky conversations effectively, and practice situational leadership. ~ Group coaching sessions which bring together like-minded professionals to collectively coach one another on challenges they face in their role, with the added benefit of developing their own coaching skills in the process. ~ Mental Health First Aid training (MHFAider®) is an excellent way to recognise how you can support those around you at work when poor mental health arises. We offer options of an awareness course, the full 2-day MHFAider® course and MHFA refresher courses to suit your needs.
