Select Tours are responsible for the cruise on-shore tours and turn around of Crystal Cruises, Holland America Line, Cunard Line, Seabourn Cruise Line, Radisson Seven Seas Cruises, Silversea Cruises, Royal Caribbean International and P & O Cruises.My role was to manage casual staff during the cruise ship turn around, including debark, check-in and sailing. During this turn around all passengers were to be screened and checked in, including checking passports and IDs and completing the check in process.I was also responsible for meet and greet with passengers, clients and VIPs.
