Serve as a point of contact for dealer partners as it relates to the funding and status of indirect loan packets. Responsible for working directly with dealer partners and credit union staff to ensure accurate and timely funding of indirect loan packets. Fund indirect loan packets accurately and a timely manner as well as ensuring all stipulations for documentation have been met. Contact dealer partners when documentation is missing to obtain need documentation (i.e. proof of income, membership applications, etc.) Coordinate with Vice President of Indirect Lending, underwriters, and dealer partners to resolve funding delays and issues.Serve as the primary contact for dealer partners on the status of indirect funding and take an active role in the on boarding of new indirect members to Pyramid Federal Credit Union including sending welcome information, outbound calls, and additional follow up.Adherence to all policies and procedures surrounding state and federal regulations, including but not limited to USA Patriot Act (CIP), OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act.

Serve as a liaison between the members and the credit union by completing a variety of services and transactions. Responsible for handling calls, both inbound and outbound, which deal with a range of different requests such as account inquiries, balance transfers, fraud issues, ATM/debit card issues, Online/Mobile banking inquiries, loans etc.

Proficiently perform all duties and responsibilities of a Teller and member service representative.Understand the core system and all remote delivery systems available to the members (i.e. online, mobile, and text banking, online eStatements, remote deposits).Complete all member transactions, processing duties, balancing and documentation procedures, as assigned, accurately and within the designated timeframes via telephone and online channels. Seek out opportunities to promote Pyramid FCU products and services that will benefit the member while achieving expectations and goals set by the credit union. Gains the trust of the members by being honest, keeping commitments, and treating them with respect. Conveys information to our members in a clear, compelling way that will positively affect their thoughts and actions. Resolves members’ problems and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining their self-esteem.
