Interview positive Covid19 cases and their contacts to determine any exposures to high risk facilities or persons, such as Nursing Homes and Daycare. Advise cases and contacts on length of isolation and identify resources they may need to complete isolation successfully. Collaborate with other team members, including the Health Department Health Officers to determine length of facility closings after exposure and to monitor for outbreaks throughout the county. Train and supervise Covid 19 Contact Tracers on how to properly interview cases and contacts, use the CovidLink program, and educate the team on changes as they pertain to the interview/investigation process.
