I started my career in Social Care in 2009 when I started as a Volunteer Play Worker for a Charity. I have a degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion, and a Level 5 in Management in Health and Social Care. Access All received an Outstanding rating by the CQC in 2019.www.accessall.org.ukAt Access All we are passionate about developing careers in the Health and Social Care sector. I am a Skills For Care Icare Ambassador and often attend events at schools and colleges to promote careers in care. At Access All we are currently creating a new induction plan for staff, which we are in the process of undertaking with some new staff recently recruited from local Sixth Forms. We are also trialling a bespoke Progression Scheme for Carers to support career development in our organisation.
