I acted for both public and private sector employers on a range of labour and employment issues in both union and non-union work environments. This includes having provided advice to employers who are engaging new employees, implementing policies in the workplace, ensuring compliance with legislation, conducting workplace investigations, and/or effecting terminations in a cost-effective manner.
