Responsable for all day-to-day operations, managing up to 15 architecture projects at a time with budgets of up to +180k and involving approximately +25 people.Some of my specific responsibilities are: - Responsable for managing our team's workload throughout our different projects making sure our goals are met on time. (Using Asana).- Coordinate collaboration efforts between our design team and the different specialized professionals that make up an architecture project (architects, engineers, gov. officials...)- Deal with both our public and our private clients.- Secure new projects for the company through public offerings. - Implementing varios systems of work communication and organization that have allowed our team to work faster and better, specially throughout the pandemic.- Maintaining a curated visual language through our projects that thread an aligned body of work for the company.

Directly responsable for the execution and success of all architecture projects throughout the office, including leading design guidelines, coordinating specialized professionals, managing client expectations, working through participatory design and maintaining coherent results aligned with the company vision. Some of the projects included large scale public places, institutional buildings and design competitions.

Co-founder of an investigation effort to study middle class housing in Chile. The intent of the study was to identify the ways in which the middle class modifies their housing to meet the needs of their growing family units.

IAC is a curatorial project for the discussion, reflection and dissemination of Architecture in the Ibero America. Over 150 architects from +15 countries have participated in exhibitions, editorial projects, installations, architecture festivals and workshops lead by IAC. - Part of the core production team for all projects- Coordination of vendors, suppliers and speakers at all events- Managed a team of over 30 volunteers and staff members- Design team for installations and marketing strategy- Securing sponsors and strategic partners- Overseeing expenses and maintaining financial records of all events
