This position makes me responsible for coordinating and leading a team across three cities to organize a conference with an expected attendance of 500 students across Canada.

This leadership position will involve delegating tasks and supporting individuals in my portfolio. I was involved in maintaining and creating relations with businesses and associations throughout the year that helped with organizing our events.

I delegated roles and responsibilities among a team of 30 members to optimize event engagement. My team and I collaborated with faculty and members to coordinate events that helped support students pursuing a biomedical engineering career. We were involved in promoting the biomedical engineering field through student involvement in conferences with a nationwide outreach of 350+ students from McGill University, University of Toronto, and the University of Calgary.

I worked with a population of 28 children between the ages of 4 and 18 in the Paediatric Onset of Neuromotor Impairments (PONI) Lab. My research focussed on assessing the validity of a new markerless motion capture system by comparing clothing conditions. I developed a MATLAB code that used data from Visual3D to calculate the root mean square deviations and other descriptive statistics.

I assisted customers in creating and identifying their unique, personalized styles through positive and exceptional customer service. My responsibilities included maintaining and optimizing the store presentation to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

I engaged and entertained a group of 10+ camp participants between the ages of 4 and 13 through tailored games and activities. My role involved collaborating with camp instructors to coordinate and assist with classroom management and activities.
