-Developed marketing and business educational content for Competition University, Custom Resources' online platform

-Annually complete all tasks necessary to successfully execute the District 4 DECA Career Development Conference for over 350 students, advisors, and judges-Set up and organize registration and testing system for 12 school districts, contact and assign volunteer judges, prepare all competitive events materials, work directly with the facility representative to schedule and set up competition rooms and make sure the entire event runs smoothly the day of competition-Assist Missouri DECA State Advisor with the planning and implementation of the Missouri DECA State Career Development Conference, and serve as a Conference Manager during the event

-Instruction experience includes marketing, entrepreneurship, sports and entertainment marketing, hospitality and tourism, marketing research, and dual credit courses-Manage school based enterprises such as school store and heat press business featuring custom shirt design -Guide students in completing extensive marketing research projects-Manage the development and implementation of multiple social and fundraising events-Organize and implement annual educational trips for large student groups to destinations such as New York City and Washington, D.C.-Qualify students annually for DECA's International Career Development Conference-Assist and advise students in campaigns for state and national DECA office-Support students in completion of successful terms as Missouri DECA state officers
