My experience in art, business, admin and project management has allowed me to follow my creative passion and create a good cultured, highly sought-after, property styling company with my incredible Mum amd Sister. Our company helps people selling their homes get a better price quicker, by showcasing the home's potential. I LOVE my job and am super passionate about curating warm and inviting spaces, specific to each unique home to showcase its character and best features. My favourite part is seeing the owner's reaction when showing them through their home, after its been styled. I know it's a win when they comment how much they love it and that they don't want to sell anymore! I love organising and streamlining procedures. It's seriously my happy place. I love supporting our team to find better efficiencies and craft processes to create a better working environment. If something is not working then what systems can we put in place to get a better outcome? I am a confident leader and love supporting staff to see their potential and reach their goals, even if it means helping them to the next step outside of our company.
