Jessica Wade-Murphy is an adviser on climate change mitigation, based in Colombia and fluent in English and Spanish. She has eighteen years of experience with public and private sector initiatives to reduce or remove greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs). With Atmosphere Alternative, Jessica provides technical services for participation in the Colombian carbon market and the use of carbon credits for the "no-causation" of the Colombian carbon tax, as well as the international voluntary carbon market and other forms of climate finance. Clients include multilateral organizations, private companies and NGOs.Jessica has a wealth of experience with the UN Climate Change project mechanisms, recently with potential Article 6.2 and 6.4 activities, and in the past with the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). Her participation in CDM projects includes all stages of development from feasibility assessment to verification of achieved GHG reductions, first at the company EcoSecurities, as an independent consultant and now with Atmosphere Alternative.
