I’m a friendly and sociable person, who isn’t afraid of meeting new people and is also capable of working independently or within a team. Can work using own initiative and is a reliable, conscientious, hard young worker, who is confident, determined and adventurous. I have completed my Level 3 in children’s play, learning and development and have worked in nurseries for around 8 years. I am currently Acting Manager at a nursery where I have a staff team of 30 who I manage on a daily basis. I have the knowledge of the developmental areas and have the knowledge of the EYFS and support my staff to create exciting activities for them, as well as make sure staff are following policies and procedures of the nursery at all times. I enjoy making activities with the children fun as well as educational making sure that the children stay on track with their age and stage of development or giving them the extra support when needed.
