Gantry acquired Triad Capital Advisors in October 2024. With Gantry I am responsible for communicating with Borrowers and Lenders within the portfolio, reviewing and analyzing property financials, conducting property inspections, completing Lender compliance reports, and managing the reporting of insurance and property taxes.

Collaborate with loan producers and closers to underwrite and close loans. Provide the analytical support needed for the loan process including underwriting, preparing of the real estate loan submissions, collection and review of due diligence materials, including rent rolls, leases, and financial/operating statements, obtain bids, engage and manage the delivery of third party reports, and coordinate closing with legal counsel, title agents, Lenders and Borrowers. AccomplishmentsIn 2007, underwrote and closed 18 loans totaling over $56 million in loan proceeds.From April to December 2006, underwrote and closed 15 loans totaling over $35 million in loan proceeds.

Served as a key team member in the servicing and monitoring of commercial real estate loans. Administered borrower inquiries and requests, prepared and reviewed reserve disbursements in accordance with reserve agreements, calculated loan payoffs in accordance with loan documents, monitored and oversaw the payments of all taxes and insurance, prepared materials for the annual compliance audit required by Lenders, and inputted and maintained loan and collateral data in the loan servicing system.AccomplishmentsEstablished a system to ensure the timely payment of taxes and insurance to prevent penalties, resulting in no penalties for over two years. Implemented and improved the process of the timely collection of renewed insurance certificates. Submit certificates within the required 30-day time period.

Assisted the Marketing Manager and Sales Representatives by providing marketing materials necessary to win and service accounts. Gathered lead information, wrote and edited content for company newsletters, worked on intranet and internet sites, assisted the sales force as they participated in trade shows and conferences, helped coordinate semi-annual sales meetings, and managed displays within the facility.
