I’m the co-founder of creative studio Jon&Jess with a background in creative direction and design.Prior to founding Jon&Jess, I was Creative Director and founding member of Uber's EMEA Central Marketing Team based in Amsterdam. There, I helped build and lead the creative team supporting CRM, performance marketing and some of Uber's first mega-regional brand campaigns across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Before moving to Amsterdam, I was a lead designer on Uber's Growth Team in San Francisco, where I worked cross-functionally to help scale the business during its highest growth periods.Before joining Uber, I was an art director for several advertising agencies including CP+B and Evolution Bureau, producing 360 campaign work across a wide range of clients.jonandjess.studiojess@jonandjess.studio
