As a Site Director at Breakthrough Collaborative, I lead a team of educators and staff to provide transformative opportunities for underrepresented students. I oversee the program design, operations, budget, and partnerships, ensuring high-quality and impactful outcomes.I have a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. I am passionate about creating equity and excellence in education, and I have over seven years of experience as a middle school science teacher, an instructional coach, and a teaching fellow. I have developed and implemented innovative and engaging curriculum, increased student achievement and retention, and mentored and coached new and aspiring educators. I am driven by a vision of empowering students and communities, and I aspire to make a lasting impact as a leader and an advocate.
