-Improved on-boarding experience by holding various training courses cooperated with cross-functional team, revising all needed paperwork, sending new’s letter to employees as well as editing HR related videos for new employees.-Conducted new employee orientation by friendly providing new employees with information about policies, benefits, working conditions, etc.-Promoted “ Continuous Feedback ” to employees by various way, including speech at monthly Town hall, video editing, role playing and designing games -Analyzed the Labor Standards Act, summarized the trends and potential impact as well as updating HR policies.-Handled HR related activities such as employee records update and maintenance, new employee on-boarding administration, filing HR related documents, processing and tracking leave of absences in HR system and Ad ad hoc tasks as required. -Assisted with internal training courses preparation and employee related events.

-Screened 10000+ CVs and conducted telephone interviews with potential candidates.-Developed a pool of qualified candidates, sourced prospective candidates utilized various methods and active approaches, including Business Development, Product Marketing, etc.-Efficiently scheduled 50+ interviews for qualified candidates within one month.-每日瀏覽近千件應聘者履歷，分析及篩選履歷，並安排合適的應聘者進行面試，包括產品行銷、商務渠道開發以及軟體工程師等職位。-成功在一個月內安排二十位應聘者進行面試，提高了團隊效率。
