During my development in Management with the most amazing teams, I have thoroughly enjoyed the process of going above and beyond to create amazing experiences for guests, not only as an employee and Manager but in voluntary and personal roles such as fundraising events, baby showers and Weddings.I have always worked with and for people and ensuring their positive experiences of the events they are involved in for 17 years. Guest satisfactor has always been a personal passion of mine, a skill I ahve worked had to hone in my roles within Seasons and now developing into a Group support Manager role. This and my roles in the Nurseries and Schools I have worked in, enabled me to participate in several events involving competent and enjoyable teamwork interaction, such as fundraising, Christmas Markets, Santa’s breakfasts and creating a Grotto, as well as personal events such as weddings, birthdays, hen dos, baby showers. I have been involved in these from the initial planning costing and organising, through to the advertising, overseeing the event to the evaluation and reporting to management or clients, and have been able to support my fellow teammates and employees to grow and develop into excellent guest focussed team players too. My cross over of experience between the hospitality sector, childcare, animal care and my experience in participating in, and running, teams would complement most roles due to the union of guest service, animal care and teamwork. I have been able to of been a part of a wide multi-disciplinary team of external consultants as well as supporting and managing my own team to provide the absolute best of care to all guests and service users I have come across. My both recent businesses I have been able to further extend my practices as a supporting manager, supporting the other sites in our groups, and also my knowledge of growing an independent business. I am now looking for the next opportunity to grow further.
