ALICE is a hotel operations platform that enables communications between front of house, back of house and guests, including a guest facing app/texting functionality.

Responsible for the TravelClick custom web and media business for enterprise and midmarket hotel brands. We help hotel brands and management companies to maximize direct bookings through comprehensive and data-driven ecommerce strategy, campaigns, execution and analysis. I am responsible for the growth of TravelClick's digital agency business, including business strategy and prospecting, client development, management of pitches /pitch team, product development, third party vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. I also lead our team of account managers who work with TravelClick Studios clients to ensure the success of our services.

In this role I was responsible for pipeline development, deal strategy, execution, management and negotiation of cross-product large deals. I developed business opportunities with revenues exceeding 200% of my annual goal in 2014. Key deals include: LXR, Loews Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Edwardian, Tsogo Sun, Hilton, Colwen Management, Federal Group and many others.
