I specialize in providing guided pathways to success for students- including new student onboarding and managing a caseload of 150-200 students. In coaching meetings, I ask questions to determine student need and facilitate learning and development in organization, time management, goal setting and meeting GPA metrics to succeed academically.Additionally, I manage large scale programs and events such as Orientation, Welcome Week, and First-Year Seminar. Through this, I have experience conducting program assessments and utilizing data to inform strategic improvements and management of $50,000 budget funds. My leadership background, both in education and business management has empowered me with extensive experience facilitating trainings, presenting to groups ranging from 10-150+, and prioritizing staff professional development.
