Recruited as a founding member to pioneer the landscape of Organon's commercial data and performance compensation reporting environment. Bridging from Merck to Organon required specific focus on cataloging data sources, understanding the sales organization structure with a net sales mindset, building key integration points, and connecting transactional data to Day 1 reporting requirements. Post-spin responsibilities focused on operationalizing and refining commercial processes while educating business stakeholders on data landscape dynamics.

Contractor to Full Time Employee (FTE) opportunity focused on undergrad science and laboratory management skills. Responsibilities included environmental monitoring, sample collection, testing of product constituents (including growth promotion and product efficacy) and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Leveraged this position to grow into a Business Analyst role following the successful launch of a Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). This role had sole responsibility for translation, development and coding of all Sanofi laboratory notebooks and calculations in the new LIMS environment.Within the IT organization, facilitated the collaboration between local and global business project teams to achieve IT objectives aligned with electronic data capture (EDC) business strategies.
