 Corresponds with 20+ art venues, the ArtWalk sponsor, and ArtWalk host monthly to create print and digital promotional materials (posters, handbills, social media), and gives radio and tv interviews as requested. Leads Lane Arts Council's Fiesta Cultural initiative by providing opportunities for Latino/a/x artists, marketing the overall umbrella of 45+ events, organizing the kick-off events and supplemental cultural events, managing the annual budget, and funding and supporting key community events.  Creates tours based on the ArtWalk model, including the Historic Sites Tour, Mural tours, and UO ArtWalks. Coordinates and promotes virtual ArtTalks, featuring the careers and projects of local artists. Manages volunteers to photograph, evaluate, promote, and count participants at the ArtWalk.  Fundraises to sustain ArtWalk by collecting participation fees from ArtWalk venues, applying for grants, and building and maintaining relationships with non-profit and local business sponsors.  Works with the Lane County Cultural Coalition board by recording minutes, processing 40+ grant applications annually, tracking grant reports, and archiving information.
