-Coordinate validation and rule table setups for the Financial Aid Module in both the Oracle Student System and Ellucian Banner ERP.-Develop and maintain test plans, module documentation, and configuration procedures according to internal business processes and federal/state regulations. -Develop and maintain calendar for detailing schedule of needed reporting and system setup activities.-Streamline processes using technology according to Institutional, State, and Federal regulatory guidelines.-Stay apprised of Federal and State regulations govering the administration of Title IV and non Title IV Financial Aid funding. -Perform reconciliation and oversight of State Scholarship Funds.-Advise students, parents, and colleagues regarding Federal, State, and Institutional Financial Aid.-Serve on LCC Scholarship Committee to plan and organize institutional scholarship awarding and distribution.
