Commercialization team member supporting the Xyzal Brand and Metadate CD Team. Manage print production of all materials and premiums for the field representatives. Control inventory to the field. Administrative duties for the product team consisting of planning travel, expense reports, collection of invoices. Provide proper inventory for archiving purposes. Provide Sales Representatives with literature and premiums at there request. Provide proper literature and premiums to all conventions and Lunch and Learns. Review Committee participant,Decision making in the early stages of premiums, literature, and other advertising. Provide financial summaries and budget planning for the products. Control submission and tracking of invoices for the products. Attend field representative ride along to insure proper use of materials. Prepare presentations for all meeting including National Sales meetings, POAs, and quarterly meetings. Keep track of current sales numbers along with total prescriptions and new prescriptions UCB Pharma
