With over nine years of experience in leadership and organizational development, I am passionate about designing processes that align action with a team's desired future, centered on connection, creativity, and collaboration. My current work as an Outreach Specialist at University of Wisconsin-Madison focuses on outreach, qualitative data analysis, curriculum development, communications, and workshop design and facilitation to inform the state's Digital Equity plan and community broadband planning efforts. I also leverage my skills and expertise from all of my roles, past and present - I love incorporating tools from design thinking, improv, and art of hosting to create meaningful and impactful programs, workshops, and processes. I believe that we are all leaders that have the capacity to tap into our creative and innovative energy, and that this is best done in collaboration with others.
