About Jessica Bensch

I am building a global movement where everyone can speak up at work without fear of negative consequences. I believe safety at work must be a non-negotiable priority.But I cannot realize this vision alone.No one´s individual efforts are enough. We need collective action and shared accountability. Workplaces must empower people to have meaningful conversations, value individuality, and leverage unique talents to contribute to something greater.𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞: I proudly display six flags on my front door - representing Canada, India, Germany, South Africa, the Philippines, and Switzerland.
