As a National Talent Booker for Michele & Group, Inc., I represent a diverse team of individuals across the nation. I oversee the recruitment, interview process of new talent. I generate and maintain client relationships. I provide role fulfillment and contract placement for promotional events, photo shoots, trade shows, conventions, runway & more. Additionally, I work with our clientele to build new programs, implement, and oversee the execution of the project.

Identified an opportunity to bring the first mobile spray tanning business to the Gainesville, FL, area. Offering occasional professional tanning services on an appointment basis.

Identified a lack in existing programs and worked to develop a new business model for surfing instruction. Hired and worked with a custom software team to streamline the registration process. Created social media profiles and hired and trained a team of instructors.

I managed budgets for the client to maximize the impact of their spending. I determined the appropriate SEO and Google Adwords terms for the client, Marshfield Convention and Visitors Bureau. Presented the project to the client for review, and worked with the creative team to edit the final project.

Helped develop and maintain the Tutor Matching Service (TMS) application. TMS utilizes Facebook to provide an extensive marketplace for students to find quality tutors. I was responsible for communicating with universities throughout the U.S., and participated in community programs such as Pathways toPersistence. Among other primary roles, I managed a team of interns, served as the Public Relations chair, and developed/distributed the monthly newsletter.
