Managing and co-authoring an international study of 200+ independent digital media in Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia.The research, published in November 2021, revealed key insights into the impact, innovation, threats, business models, and teams of digital native media in 12 countries.

Worked with Professor Jay Rosen and his team to explore the relationship between journalists and members in the search for sustainable, community-centred business models for news, and providing support to newsrooms as they develop their own membership strategies. I edited MPP's research from 2018-2021. I was part of the team that produced MPP's capstone.
