•Responsibilities: -Initial primary focus is on the development of the HVAC Service's we provide. -Manage existing accounts and pursue new and perspective accounts in the commercial marketplace.-Assist and complement the administration and support services of the department to achieve maximum quality, efficiencies and optimum growth, as well as corporate profitability.-Work unilaterally with my clients and vendors for construction related projects. As my primary responsibility is to make sure our customer's receive the best service, on any project small or large, and also in the building solutions & system maintenances. I maintain involvement as required throughout the entire project or work request.-Strategizing for stronger market development along with management.-Direct estimating and quoting.-Pursue and leverage accounts in which they already have existing relationships.-Educate customers and co-workers on the benefits of knowledge and client relations.-Provide a cost effective service, and continue the business relationship from point of contact with the customer, inclusive of the following:-Proper oversight of services, and/or equipment installation.-Discuss overall solutions and design modifications with the customer related to all HVAC needs and requirements.-Estimating of all service related work (i.e.; maintenance, both PM and FM contracts, retrofit projects, new installations, T&M work)-Preparation and submission of all proposals.-Follow-up to customer.-Project development and implementation with the assistance of service managers and/or project coordinators.-Project billings.-Project close-out issues.-Warranty issues.-100% accountability for Customer Satisfaction, even when services are passed over to construction for management or estimating. I remain the main point of contact and responsible for the customer's satisfaction at all times.
