Career Xplorers offers training and resources for exploring careers, learning soft skills, and preparing for job interviews. We offer group training classes, online training courses, and customized career coaching programs to clients of all ages, from students to executives, offering career coaching and job interview training. For our student programs, we have developed programs for middle school, high school, and college students. The main goal is to provide a framework for students to explore careers and begin thinking about how they plan to accomplish their career goals after graduation. Students take interest assessment tests, learn about different fields of interest, explore occupations, research schools, learn about different post-secondary education options, learn about budgeting, write resumes, and create action plans for accomplishing their career goals. Additionally, we spend an equal amount of time developing their soft skills to ensure their ability to present themselves professionally. These programs are offered as after-school programs at participating schools, private sessions with students, and through guest lecturing series at universities. Provided job interview training and career coaching services to our clients. We developed online video training courses and e-books, as well as customized coaching programs for individuals. Our main online teaching series, "How to get the job you want!" and "How to Hire the Right People for the Right Jobs," were used by multiple e-learning companies. My Interview Training supported audiences with varying needs and work experience levels, from executive candidates to first-time entry level positions. Additionally, we worked with high schools, colleges, universities and technical schools to provide students with job interview training skills. We also worked with non-profit organizations offering career services to their clients.

Led the development and establishment of the fund from a worthy idea to a flourishing endowment used to support people who were out of work but wanted to get a job. Main responsibilities were creating fund governance, recruiting and supporting fund ambassadors, supporting fund members and donors, creating all marketing and communications, and fundraising.

Provided consultation to community foundations across the United Kingdom, specializing in donor services and working with professional advisers. Worked with Community Foundation Network, the national membership organization for UK Community Foundations, where I focused on helping to build relationships with professional advisers and developed concepts for enhanced donor engagement.
