Serve as primary point of contact for 275 employees in flagship store. Work in partnership with in-store HR Manager and store leadership on investigations including employee relations concerns, attendance, job abandonment, theft, and leave of absences. Assist with employee investigations and provide recommendations on next steps. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback and present trends to store leadership. Recruit and maintain headcount for a staff of 275 and manage open positions and offers for internal and external applicants. Coordinate with market recruiters to ensure a consistent bench of internal and external applicants. Manage annual performance review process including administration of the process and educating new and current leaders. Partner with leave administrators for employee leave of absences and ensuring compliance with FMLA guidelines. Oversee newsletter that is distributed to 7000+ employees and provides insight into current job openings and internal movement.
