Operated the salon floor, managed the ordering of inventory for retail and backbar products. Oversaw services preformed by students on the salon floor. Generated retail, rebooking and referral incentives for students while working with other instructors to make sure students were providing best customer service. Instructional time in classroom for students teaching different topics including salon 360, color, products, etc. Performed stateboard practical testing.

Managed the student salon floor including salon floor staff. Monitored the ordering and inventory of products and retail. Worked with the salon floor students to provide great services and wonderful customer service. Assisted with the hiring of instructors and day to day operation of the school.
