I am a dedicated student in the six-year PharmD program in the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University, currently pursuing my passion for pharmacy through academic excellence, hands-on experience, and community service. My journey has been shaped by a desire to improve healthcare access and outcomes while embracing opportunities to make a meaningful difference in both the pharmaceutical industry and patient care settings. Through my roles as a per diem pharmacy technician at RWJ University Hospital and a former technician at an independent retail pharmacy, I have gained valuable insight into diverse aspects of pharmacy operations and patient-centered care. My research experience at the Child Health Institute of New Jersey further broadened my perspective, equipping me with analytical and technical skills to contribute to scientific discovery. Outside of academics, I am deeply committed to serving my community. I am part of the National Community Pharmacy Association at Rutgers. As a Sunday School teacher and a volunteer organizer at my church, I lead initiatives such as food and blood drives and engage in meaningful outreach to support those in need. These experiences have taught me the value of empathy, teamwork, and leadership. As I look to the future, I am eager to explore opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in research, development, and supply chain operations. I strive to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, innovate in the healthcare field, and make a lasting impact on the communities I serve.
